AnimalFocus is organised by language and category.
Our focus is on animals, all information listings and breed clubs about animals can be listed for free (Submissions are made via the link "Suggest/Modify a link" on the appropriate category page).
A small listing fee of US$10 is required for breeder/seller listings (Submissions can be made via the same "Suggest/Modify a link" procedure)
Commercial listing for suppliers of equipment, accessories, feed, services, products, gift items, and web services can be made for a higher fee (Submissions can be made via the same "Suggest/Modify a link" procedure).
There is a "details page" for each listing, which can be found by clicking on the 
symbol beside each listing. On this details page you can see the number of visits to the listing (n/a to commercial listings), which gives you a good insight on the traffic generated to the listings from our website and thus the total traffic on our website.

We propose 3 advertising methods:
Affiliate program
We accept cash commission based affiliate programs at no cost for listing in commercial categories, or participating in rotating text banners. Send us an email to request our consideration. Listing in a Commercial Category
In Pets categories this includes accessories and feed, in Farming categories this includes equipment, services, and products (online sales direct from the producer), and the Miscellaneous category includes webmaster services, gifts for animal lovers.
Your website can be listed in the category or categories you choose provided it is in the relevant language (if an appropriate category does not exist we can create it), and your logo banner will appear on the details page link beside each listing. There's more to it than just direct visitors to AnimalFocus or visitors found via search feeds in AnimalFocus to other websites. Not only will your listing be found by the search engine robots on our hard-coded pages, also the details pages are individually indexed by the robots (allow for 3-6 months to get into search engine databases this way).
Inclusions must be relevant to the category.

These are the brief listings (in yellow) you see in the (red) left column, which also have a link to the details page.
There are different groups which appear according to the category, listings rotate within the group on each page load. The highest placed group is the most category specific. For example, in the category Pets:Dogs, the highest group relates to dogs only, the next highest relates to Pets in general, lower groups are non specific.
USD 15 group 1 level (highest specificity) per month, USD 12 per group 2 level per month, USD 10 per other group levels per month.
Please note we do not accept pornography sites, political sites or online casino sites.
Minimum order is USD 120.
